Rice pudding

Ingredients

3/4 cup basmatti rice cooked 8-10 mins
4 cups half and half
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup raisins
2 tbls dark rum
1 cup half and half
1 egg beaten
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

Bring to boil and simmer for 25 mins untill rice is tender
Soak raisins for 1/2 hr
Add raisins and everything else and cook for a few minutes...
